This year, we are introducing the shirt and tie to Years 5 and 6. The shirt and tie will be phased in, so Year 6’s will still be able to wear the open necked shirt.

Black shoes – all black (no sports logos, no trainers. During winter time only, boots may be worn under trousers so long as they cannot be seen. Sandals may be worn with socks during the Summer term)
Smart dark grey school trousers or smart knee length, dark grey school shorts (no ‘fashion look’ trousers, including skinny trousers or ‘jean like’ trousers. See Manikins in the school reception for an example)
Grey/black ankle socks or knee length socks (no running or training socks)

Jewellery – it is acceptable for pupils to wear one flat finger ring; one pair of ear studs and a watch.
Extremes of fashion (e.g. brightly coloured hair) are forbidden. Long hair must be tied back for ALL practical subjects. NO make-up to be worn.
In the interests of safety and security in practical lessons, the school requests that children do not wear jewellery or watches on the days they have PE and or games. If ear studs cannot be removed they MUST be taped over with a plaster bought from home.
